Regarding design #55
This is another improvement. Still doesn't quite feel "fun" visually to me... but this is so far superior to the original design. Nice work.

Regarding design #41
This is a definitely improvement. For some reason the letter (which looks much nicer, btw) looks more like a report title than a website logo. I think maybe it feels a bit stuffy?

Regarding design #9
This one strikes me as good, but not great. You've got the idea, but perhaps its the proportion of the question marks to the text... perhaps the blandness of the text itself. I'm not sure what, but it's not quite there. I think it's worth a revision, though.
