The 2nd one forms a simple abstract shape using E and B again . The logo is exactly the same even it is flipped or reversed.

Both looks have been provided in black and white right to show you how easily they will brand . The first logo is an 'E' and 'B' placed side by side to form a simple constructions. The symbol conveys power and importantly trust. The font I chose was warmer.
