just a try with this, i used the "q".. for somehow, i feel that the "q" will carry or gives stregth with the name particularly the equity...
hope to hear some feedback to change other entries that i have...

certainly will change the first entry but the instruction is not that clear with regards to the arms...

Regarding design #3
Interesting concept and GUSTY. Love that fact. I need to get with the team about it but it is CERTAINLY what I asked for in being contemporary and such. MAYBE the arms could be in a square (without the branches) and depict more of holding hands. What about the sillouette of a house in the middle of the green. I know I said "tired of houselines" but just a thought. THANKS for your awesome work!

this logo represents four people holding each other arms, a particular four man formation binding their arms that means partnership, support, group.. etc.. that gives stability..
