Regarding design #6
I like the hands. I had that idea myself. RIght now, the gradients sort of muddy it up especially when small. Maybe tweak that. Also, try different colors. SOmethin just a bit more invitng and frieindly as this is a just a bit dark. I do love the hands. They look friendly. I also think I like the brick under the hands. Cool concept. I also like the circle aspect to that one design. SOrt of emblem-like. I don't care for that font choice in the circle though. It needs to be more like the bottm font - the one w the rounded corners. WIth some of those suggested changes, this is in the ballpark.

Regarding design #1
Sorry to say, these are not in the ballpark but let me give some feedback. Of any of them, if I had to choose from these, I would lean towards the font of the top left one and the font from the one below it is OK, but neither are favorites. I don't care for the color choices but the orange would win if I had to choose from these. I appreciate the concept of the people although Id' prefer to have some sense of something being built. Of course, I said I'm tired of the cliche'd roofline in the housing industry - although NOT opposed to it here. I don't like the honeycomb looking element in the background on any of them. Also, if you use any slogan, use the one we already have. As I said before it's NOT necessary to have the slogan in the logo - only use it if it seems to work. THX for your entry. I don't suspect we will officially reject anything until a few days. THX. I hope this helps.
