The current slogan is "Building Equity Into Your New Home" but that may change. Maybe this will inspire you a little more. We're not opposed to having it as part of the logo though.
I think there is something special about "partners" - maybe something with people showing an alliance behind the company. The company walks a buyer through the home-building process and connects them with the builder, the sub-contractors, the financier and others up to completion.
We don't want to limit your creativity although I'm a little tired of always seeing the obvious "house" symbol in a logo but at the same time it would communicate what the core of the company is - building a home. Better yet, HELPING the buyer builder the home.
Would prefer to not have it totally horizontal since those 3 words together are quite long. Again, we're NOT opposed if it works horizontally with your design.
