    @ CSS - the guidelines do mention that if a contest holder likes a design that is submitted they don't have to wait until the contest ends... has happened to me a few times in the past too :-)

    @Nadia - There might be guidelines. But at least, then in my opinion, the CH needs to announce he'd declare it in around this time and have a design finalized. any one wish to submit, should submit before this time etc.

    We are working for them, for free(if we dont win) girl.. and atleast this much we deseve :) ha ha. no offence. congrats again.
