Regarding design #13
I would like a few minor changes. Move the "free consultation" phone graphic on the bottom left to the top left above the nav.
Change the "Navigation Menu" graphic, and just have it say Criminal Practice Areas.

Regarding design #1
Very Nice design!
I think the horizontal navigation is fine, since the text links are the same at the bottom.
I don't like the "Navigation Menu" element, I'd rather have some additional marketing language there... "For a Free Criminal Defense Consultation, call (866) 382-8646"
And it'd be nice if you could work in "We Fight for You!" on the right side of the top banner maybe. -

Feedback really appreciated ;)I can make text-links in horizontal navigation, jest say a word, but there are the same links in footer, so I choosed non-standard font.
About the iStockPhotos, i have credits there, so i'll pay for photos if You pick me as a winner.Regards, Jabolek
