    • Samantha Garelick is a professional chef, enthusiastic foodie, kosher caterer and inspiring cooking instructor. After realizing that she craved food more than finance, Sam left her career in investment banking andenrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan.
      Sam has worked at some of the top restaurants in New York City and Chicago, and now lives in Los Angeles, where she loves teaching classes to small groups of people who love to learn about food. Sam is known for her enticing recipes and her passion for creating a healthy, realistic and delicious way of living.
