Regarding design #7
I really like the style here, but we'll see if the client goes for it! I have a few changes:
Get rid of the + sign at the top
Please remove the news and events box from the home page
Remove the newsletter box
Make the content area wider to take up the spaceThose changes will make this much simpler and useful for me. I think you have a great shot. This is fresh and different. Thank you!

Here's an attempt to go web2.0, keeping usability and easy of use and user experience in mind. The smooth professional colors give a calm feeling.
