Regarding design #38
I was very surprised my partners didn't appreciate this design as much as I did. Two of them suggested the starfish symbology was a little too literal but all of us liked the connection between them. Thank you for your work, firsttry. This was outstanding. Good luck to you.

Regarding design #35
Wow... the top version of this is really close to what we've "discussed" so far. I don't have any more suggestions which means its really pretty good. Only other thing is to make the red hue a little more darker.
The bottom version here could probably be discarded. Like the swirl but doesn't really meaningfully connect the two starfish symbols in the design.
I'm going to show this to my partners who are back in town tomorrow. Thank you.

Regarding design #25
They are better, especially the top version.
Just throwing this out there: Any way to somehow connect the two fish in this design? You don't necessarily have to if you feel (as a professional designer) that its not warranted or won't work. But if you can, would like to see how it could be done.
