Regarding design #50
Wanted to Thank You for your skillful design here. While it wasn't the one we picked, it was in one of the top half-dozen finalists I showed to my partners. They really had no specific feedback except one said the starfish symbology looked like a "jack." I told the smart-ass that was my doing. This is an excellent design that would serve just as well as the one we picked. Very nice job, CrimsonGuard...

LOL... these are outstanding! I like the fat smaller baby starfish. He's growing up.
Also like the homogenous backgrounds better and thanks for the variety of colors.
Do you have a website showcasing any other of your work? Would like to learn more about you since you've made it as one of my short-listed finalists.

Okay! I went with the top one, and I've fattened up the little star a bit. Just so it has that similarity to the bigger one, but still looks a bit different.
Also, beige/cream, white, and dark background colours.
Let me know what you think...
Thanks! -

Regarding design #49
That did it! This was a remarkable design evolution in only 4 versions. At this point, I can't decide which of these two images is preferable, though I'm leaning toward the top because the bottom baby fish is too dissimilar to its bigger "uncle".
You nailed the arcing connection perfectly.
Can you show it to me in reverse and on a white or off-white background without the diagonal lines?

Hi!
Okay, here's a couple of options based on your feedback. I'm not quite sure how well the connectivity concept works. I'm going to play with a couple more variations here, but let me know what you think of these.
Thanks

This is really cool too... You definitely got the organic asymmetry right! And I love the way you've combined the dot of the "i" and incorporated the symbology into the Starfish name. Now that you've done this, I'm conflicted about whether you should proceed with the feedback I left for your Entry 2. In other words, this one is pretty good.
If it's not too much trouble, see if you can do the two-symbol suggested I made with your Entry 2. I'll take a look and then see which one is better. I'm sort of favoring the two-fish connection. Is there any way to get another starfish in this design somewhere? ...maybe under the big "S" and connected with the red (7 o'clock) spoke of the existing symbol on this v.3?

Hey James! I got working on an update prior to your feedback again. This time, I tried to give the starfish shape a more organic feel. I've also incorporated it into the logo, having it connect with the dot of the small "i".
Let me know what you think! I can try your previous suggestion here as well.

Regarding design #37
Hmmm... definitely better. It's still pretty symmetrical (and therefore not particularly organic) but could still work as it is. The two-tone colors on alternating spokes works well.
Say... is there any way you could extend one of these spokes to another (secondary / smaller / subsidiary) symbol that would be placed in the lower right of the design (under the "h" and to the right of "Management")? The red spoke (at the 4 o'clock position) points right to where I'm talking about. The idea here is to suggest a network of these "starfish" nodes.
What do you think?

Excellent, thanks for the feedback! There was one more variation of this that I tried earlier, which you'll see below.
I'll have an update based on your feedback shortly.
Thanks
