Overall, the quality of the submitters is not what I have seen here on 99D in the past.

Here are some comments
#11 is the best so far -- but needs some typographical work. What we like about this most is the extremely simple yet representative graphical element used.
#7 would be our second choice but almost has too much going on - the zipper, lightbulb and face aspect I think are too much -- maybe take this down to two items.

I've eliminated all of the designs that seem to just be imitations of others, lack inspiration or are just don't make sense.

#3 is getting the general idea, but still seems crowded. try decreasing the amount of "stuff" and perhaps changing this to only one "head" instead of two "faces"
#2 doesn't fit our demographic
#1 would not match our website look/feel (we want clean, crisp, web 2.0 type feel)

Overall, we want to ensure that the design is not too plain -- please submit logos like DLogan22 (#3) with gradients, etc. to show us the possibilities. Thanks everyone!
