    Hello all.

    We have selected Transcend as the winner.

    We'd like to thank Zanlete for all his hard work on this contest and let everyone know it was not an easy choice. It really came down to a vote on style preference and more people liked rounded corners than square corners. Transcend's designs are softer and smoother.

    Regarding An3's comments, Transcend sought feedback more than any other contestant. He actively engaged us and pushed for constant feedback. At times it was a little annoying, but it proved effective. The tactic of pushing for feedback seems to work well in many places, including sales, project management, and apparently design contests. We are sorry that An3 feels that he was scammed, but its simply not the case.

    It seems transcend is going to win. I freaking knew it. Since the second round. From the 4 designers that entered the second round, only 3 seem real (in terms of contest entered, win/loose ratio, last seen, etc.) I see the same thing happening on other big prize contest. CH requires all pages, a new designer wins. How fishy is this? I feel used. What prevents the CH to require previews of all the work, get the ideas, layout, colors, etc. make a phony designer profile and rip off all the hard work of other people?

    Congratulations to Zanlete and Transcend for making it to the final round!

    HubCast would like to thank everyone who has participated, and a special thanks to An3 and FuturAnt for being semifinalists.

    At this time we are guaranteeing the prize. Both Zanlete and Transcend have designs that we could go to production with. Now its about selecting the design that is consistent in looks and feel, offers the best user experience, and really appeals to our B2B target market without forgetting that marketing professionals want a print application that is fast and intuitive to use and looks great!

    I will be available for questions and feedback until 10pm ET tonight and we will review designs tomorrow morning around 11am ET. It is very possible that we will pick the winner at that time.
