    Regarding design #33

    I think the arrow and the steps is a little overkill on the imagery. I do think I understand where you were going with it though.

    The arrow feels more like it's bouncing than going to a new level.

    Continued arrow to convey next level. Added a tagline for thought. Also tried different colors that may go better with the color on the template for website

    I like the red-blue-red one better. The arrow conveys more of what I was looking for. Is there any way to convey going up to a new level?

    Changed to a brighter red, deleted circle.
    Also showing one with the red and blue colors reversed.

    I think this conveys the message of taking things to a new direction the best of the three. I don't really care for the circle.

    Regarding design #6

    I like the blue. Would it work with a brighter red? Also the tilting of the word turning makes me feel like I'm turning things off kilter instead of taking things to a new direction.
