Regarding design #17
This ok, but not as refined as I'd like. The menu should be on the left. The symbol next to the name can go away. Instead of testimonials and news, you can list their services and address info instead and remove the address and phone from the picture.
I'd like to see those changes. I like these colors and the overall balance of this layout. You can also try using this other picture: http://dev.imagineinternet.net/sh/3.jpg
