    Regarding design #4

    This is creative, but I prefer being able to capture the piercing eyes of the eagle and the majestic beauty of the bird.

    Regarding design #10

    Hmm. I actually like the bottom logo here. I like it even though the rest of the bird isn't depicted as I had originally requested. I like it because the eagle appears to be part of the the text or connected to it. Your first logo, and many of the other entries, have a eagle and text completely separate. Those feel disjointed to me. The bottom one flows and is connected. I like that.
