use the pic as focus point and also bring in the monitor

used the logo as background. Don't have info on the printer you use, assume bleed will be OK. thanks!

This is pretty similar to what our original layout was, except without the additional images. We wanted to have other images to show off how the technique looks for inside shots, outside shots, etc. We have such a big space I think it can fit.
Also, while I am enjoying the ideas of the additional layouts, honestly that wasn't our goal. We felt pretty happy with the layout idea we had; life-size computer on top, text & additional images below. We really wanted the creative to simply finish off that idea nicely with things like backgrounds, borders, textures, etc, to just "polish off" the existing design.
I like that you went with a sans-serif font. The typography of this (and the others) is nice.
If you could, try some other layouts similar to this one, but add back in the other 2 images. Feel free to get creative with the placement & design of those images; maybe add 3-d-like depth to them, or add borders, or any other idea you have, but try to keep the elements from the original layout.

I actually kinda like the logo-as-background idea. Hadn't thought of that. Adds color, breaks up white space, is classy, but unobtrusive.
However, I think that the pic of the computer is pointless unless it's life-size. The whole idea of the computer with the screen shot is to communicate the sheer size/quality of the virtual tour compared to other companies. Most company's tours are 1/4 the size of ours at best, and this is why we really wanted to show that. It will be something they haven't seen before.

Thanks for the comment. I will work on those changes.

Here is the updated version for your Virtual Tour Poster that include both photos and monitor screen.
Submitted design #9
and here is the Showcase Web Site. Please let me know the placement of those photos. Which web site is more important then the other? thanks!
Regarding design #8
These are definitely moving in the right direction!
Is it possible to stylize the typography a little? Not necessarily a crazy font, but just type layout, enhancing words, etc.
Do you think we need some kind of border or drop shadow or such on the 2 small photos? Or are they ok like that?

Same comments here...
On the copy. The "Websites, Property Search, Online Marketing" -- that's what "solutions" we offer. The "Market Yourself, Drive Traffic, Generate Leads", that's more of our 5-second education slogan - it's what our customers should be doing to build their business.
Can you think of a creative way to separate these two conceptually? I think that the latter ("Market yourself...") is actually the more important one...

updated. thanks!
Submitted design #13
added border and typeface treatment. thanks!
Submitted design #14
I did not include the background image on these handout. Assuming you going to print them in house and trim. I can add the background back if is not the case. Thanks!
Regarding design #14
sorry for the double entry here.
Submitted design #15
Since I have the file.
Regarding design #15
heh ok yeah, that's just fine as far as printing goes.
Interesting idea to go tall vs wide. Hadn't thought of that...
Regarding design #14
Actually we are going to use a real printer. We are printing ~2500 of them. We can do full-bleed.
Regarding design #12
I like the big & bold, but I think it'd be better on BOTH words of the top ones...
What if you move the Web / Property /Online... to look like:
Websites Property Search  Online Marketing
As a single row below the pics and make the Market/Drive/Generate take up that whole area... the poster is big enough where I think that the row at the bottom could still be made very readable.
Regarding design #13
ok thanks.. we'll consider
Regarding design #15
you get more content space on this layout.
Submitted design #20
Maybe this one will work. I tried to have the "websites, property..." in one line. Does not come out good.
Regarding design #20
Ok thanks for trying. This definitely looks better though, that's the idea I was after.
Regarding design #15
yes definitely looks less "cramped"
Regarding design #2
ok
Regarding design #8
I like your more recent versions better... just removing from consideration for organizational purposes.

Regarding design #12
entry 11 is better -- getting closer to the typography style that works best for me
Regarding design #13
I can't decide if I like the border on the pics... somehow it seems to bold. What do you think? Any other ideas?
Regarding design #15
So looking back at this you combined the 2 separate handouts into a single handout... right?
Do you think that's ok? Since doing the combined one eliminates the image for the web site product... that's my concern.
I think our idea is to print a single 4.5" x 11" with TWO SIDES; one side for each product. I think that will be better so that it's clear we have two main product lines.
Regarding design #20
Can you do some kind of bullet in front of the Websites/Property Search/Online Marketing?
Can you do any additional styling of the Market Yourself etc text? Some of the other entrants had interesting ideas on the type; gradient fills, etc. I thought that looked a bit sharper for the "tagline" of the poster.
Also, I think you can buy yourself some more room by pushing the computer image to slightly overlap the black bar; the image can go bigger and still leave more room for type and such.
For me the image at this size is just a hair too small; looks slightly overwhelmed by the whitespace behind it. Going a little bigger will really add impact to that product shot.
Regarding design #20
Overall, though, this is great...
Regarding design #15
I forgot to mention in the previous comments, but we really like this for the handouts.
I think we do need to still have 2 separate ones for each product (which will be on opposite sides of the same piece of paper).
