Going to put these to a vote within my community, I'll have an answer in a day or 2.

Some of the designers have withdrawn designs I had not eliminated but liked a lot. Now I can't remember which ones were my favorite of the different versions.

No restrictions on pad surface colors (oranges, greys, blacks are preferred). The mousing surface should handle the optics without the design interfering.

Are there any restrictions to pad surface colors? I mean, wouldn't all these color transitions negatively affect some optical mice?

See the custom mouse pads on this page for ideas: http://www.func.net/products/custom/index.html

Notice the texture, depth, and artwork on the mouse pads. The first 3 designs submitted are all very "flat" with very little texture or artistic touch.
