I would have used a template too, for this little money, and dropped the content in..well done to the predictable winner. If you didn't use a template, then you undervalue yourself and have a lot of free time. To the CH - good luck getting it coded for peanuts my friend!

No it is not fair for us designers. Maybe it looks like we can just change the content that is already done but belive me if that is so easy why you need designer help? True is that we have to spent some time on this and use our skill. And see this link http://99designs.com/help/prizes maybe it will help you create more succesful contest in the future.
You even want to change the logo (it should be a separate contest for it)

as stated in the brief this is a complete redesign, all the pages need to have the new design, all the content is already created so it is not a big job and i think $350 is a fair price for a complete redesign of the site.

Hello,
Just to clarify this. Minimum price for one page design in 99designs is 250$ So maybe people will create you maximum 2 pages but 350$ for all subpages is to low. Even for 2 pages 350$ is not a good deal. And like evileyestudio said you can get from here only uncoded psd file with design. After the contest you can find here people who will help you with coding stuff. So if you want to attract more designers you should clarify this case.

Dear Contest Holder,
If I'm not wrong, you want to see your new layout on your browser right?
But, the problem is, in 99design we do just design as a designer (some designers also do coding). And for $350, you can not get fully coded new website. You can have a photoshop (.psd) file of your home page.
Is it OK now?

we are taking the exact content from www.xoticdreamcars.com and putting it into a new layout and website. so look at the site and every page on there will be in the "new look". i don't know what coded means, i just want my old site completely redesigned so it looks NEW. thanks
