    Hope my entry isn't too late... I started work on this a few days ago and wasn't able to finish it due to a problem. I started again today and checked this contest as I was adding the finishing touches :)

    Here you have a golf ball flying towards the users (hopefully-through your site) broadening horizon. The layers add visual appeal to the logo and also symbolize heirachies within a company (going up!). The collar and tie provide a visual link to careers. Revisions welcomed, cheers!
