Modified what you requested. Hopefully it looks like what you expected.
I added a little box to kind of explain what the site does a bit easier for users. This can be modified . . .perhaps include a graphic etc.

Thanks i think this is a good simple design...one last change on this one...
Can you apply a fade to the blue on the footer and the nav bar blue strip?

If you get a chance could you do an alternate colour scheme with a cream colour header and dark green strip for the nav bar?

Regarding design #12
Quite simple style which i like...can you change the % loan filled bars into pie charts? I think that would look quite good
Can the nav bar buttons be rendered a little (very light grey or very light yellow) to give them a little depth?

Okay I've made the modifications you've requested. I experimented with the color for the split bar but the red was too glaring. So I slimmed it and made it white again.
You can request this or anything else changed if you wish.

Thanks again!
Place a border around the nav bar buttoms, top sign-in box - not sure of colour but try light grey or dark red
The border b/w nav bar and green header - change to dark red
change the 'About' heading to large blue font + no blue background
Not sure if this is too much work but can you create a dial/pie chart diagram for each loan listing to show % completed?
Can you darken the separator line for the footer and make the footer shading a touch darker?Looking forward to next version:)
