Regarding design #6
This is a very cool concept!
Feedback:
1) Can you mix up the players? I'd like to make sure users know that the site is MORE than youtube videos.
2) Replace the "total videos" texts with info formatted the way we do on the site e.g. "31 wins out of 35 battles (89%)"
3) The "Top 1 video of the day!!!" isn't what the site is about. Maybe end the video with one video in front, the line of videos in the back (moving across the screen), and put the text "Which Video Will Win The Next Battle?"
4) The other texts are fine. But all the text (font/style) is too plain looking...

This is very close! Feedback:
1) Remove "video 1 versus video 2". When the two videos go up against each other, just put the "vs" graphic between them. You can use something like: http://www.tubebattle.com/images/vs.gif
2) At the first battle change the top text from "choose your video" to "which video is better?"
3) When the first battle is fought, do something "special" with the losing video. Make it shrink, rasterize it, make it explode, or something else. Do something with it, because it's not very obvious that a battle was fought (also maybe because the mouse pointer doesn't stand out very much).
4) For the second battle change the top text to "the winner fights another video"
5) The "video 1 has won 35 battles" can be removed. I don't think that scene fits into the animation you've designed.
6) Please remove the quotes (") from the final scene "which video will win the next battle?".
7) Change "reply" to "replay"
