Oh boy, I didn't notice that this stock was still in there. I forgot to delete it from the original PSD. If I win the contest I of course will change it to something different. Thanks for letting me know about that.

Right underneath Radio 112, we all know that is a piece of the background the CH supplied us but told us not to use. If you use stock, you need to notify the CH of that, they expect you to be manually rendering them. It's illegal to use art that has a copyright, and this includes "derivative" works (aka, making it darker and cropping half of it out) :)
So, I don't think the original artist is going to be happy when he or she finds out you made some $$ of their design...

There is nothing copyrighted in my design. All the stock photos I used are free to use and I also modified them. I don't know what you mean.
