    is there western union payment method? well, i have question on this, do you want to have only animation on your banner, or do you want to make click-able banner with somelink, do you want 3 banner with same design on different size (width & height) ??

    Yes I can do Western Union but I may have to reduce your payment by $10-30 because they charge $10-34 to send money, I think.

    The banners will be animation only. No clickable links are needed.

    The 3 banners can be the same design or 3 different designs. Whatever looks best. Let me know if you have more questions.
