Hi Laurie - good to see you again here.
Good first entry. I like the balance, the simplicity, and the colors. I would recommend getting rid of the background, though - I would like a simple, classic layout but the background image does not have a real purpose and takes away from his great architecture. Also, bg images make me think of designs from 10 years ago.
I like the colors, but I think you can do better with the menu. you can drop the "Get A Quote".
