    Regarding design #1

    THis isn't bad at all.
    It doesn't contain the "Blind Justice" lady I requested,
    but its still nice. It does seem a little "spindly" tho.
    If I did want to go in this direction, I'd probably want it a
    little thicker/bolder.

    Also, Wine and Gary should be easily ID'ed as the two words, whether thru capitalization or spacing

    Version two. The Blind justice lady's face is actually in the glass. A little hard to see but I think it makes you want to take a closer look which is key to a logo design.

    good concept on the face in the glass, but too subtle in execution. Plus I do not know if the image is universally known enough without her holding the scales.

    I went more with what you suggested, giving it more detail while still keeping it stylized. Simple and clean.
