@ Alex Marchuk......There is nothing wrong with using a logo that you designed for your portfolio....it is his work...and it's good work. And I am sure it just wasnt sold to the company he originally designed it for :P

We have a wide selection of logos which were not sold to the client as a result of them choosing another option we presented to them as part of a logo design package.
Having been in the logo design business for many years we have a large selection of "un-used" logo's currently available in a variety of subjects / sectors. This happens to be one of them. There are no restrictions to us showcasing our work within our portfolio, or selling pre-developed, un-used designs or concepts. I put the work into this design some time ago and now comes the chance to finally sell; hence the entry.
I'm as grateful for your concern as I am for your efforts in advertising our services, but perhaps a less bitter approach may be more appropriate...
