i like the use of the second color on the mic.
not sure about the upper entry with the yellow as a third color element though. please try this with other sets of colors (maybe some brighter ones) for imagination and comparison.

hm... good idea, but not keen on the design of the runner (does not integrate well into the whole design) and the long shape of the L.
also don't like the color combinations (my favourite of your offers is still blue and pink)
maybe try something more intense and with a kind of a border (like e.g. wazap.com or skype.com)
please feel free to evolve design- and color-wise! ;)

could be improved:
the color options(the whole logo needs to be recognizeable in lower sizes, e.g. 120x90); try brighter colors or other combinations with more contrast
the straight gradient line (try a circle one from bottom loft to bottom right, like e.g. wazap.com)

Here's another color Variation. I did the logo 120 x 90 in the corner too. Please let me know if you want to see any specific colors included or anything and I will show you options that way.
