looks fun, but not keen on this. Logo and graphics don't interact well. looks to western like and homemade, not business like.

this one i like better, but still to unprofessional looking.
could you try different bright colors with clean color gradients and with TalentRun instead of TalentRUN.
I like the tagline though, feel free to think of more!

i like the included mic, but looks not professional enough. try to work with less colors and more basic art. (e.g. karafun.com or ksolo.com). but actually i prefer the basic and professional look of your 3rd entry.
