Here is my creative solution, As use can see except using the white and blue as you mentioned, I think the green adds a little contrast to the whole design.
Ah, and the two icons on the title bars are: List view and thumbnail view, I thought it would be interesting :)

Rename Files to Films please.
Can you do a design showing me how the TV Episodes etc... will be layed out. Like say i click on Shows and then it will come up with a list from A-Z with the titles of the Shows like The Simpsons (under T) Malcolm In The Middle (under M) etc... please.

As requested, here is a scenario where shows are listed under letter name.
You'll note that there are entries listed in 2 or 3 column. I didn't know what would be better, but I think on that question you'll have answer ;)

I like it where there is 3 in a row instead of 2. Also can you remove the Browse By Letter bit in the header for this page.

Here is a modification of the inner page.
Basically I removed the browse by letter section as you requested, therefore I add the letter links in the Shows boxes so that visitors can choose and if they choose let's say letter Z the page will basically scroll down to Z.
Also if you notice I decreased the spacing between the sections because I believe it's more logical this way. And the What's TVShout section is also removed, since it was only intended to be shown on the home page.
I have thought that it would be better the Shows section to be less wide therefore in 2 columns. That way a place will come out for another section (let's say, Most popular). Because this way it's only the Shows section and the 2 announcements, too simple for my taste :)
But I leave up to you for future modifications.

I'm aware that you want a light color design, but for the movie page I decided for a dark design, because that way you can focus on the video, but I still kept the blue color.

Yea i agree with you, can you get rid of all the information on there and just leave the Rate It bit there. Also can you have some sort of button which will make the video fill screen and also a button to mark the video as Dead and also a place for a advertisment.
