for the contest $500 Debt Management Website Coded Design
Submitted design #6
Hello Chucky. I hope this shows some potential.
I made it clean and objective. The enquiry form is prominent and the messages you are trying to deliver are balanced and integrated to the design.
If my design is selected i will be delivering a W3C CSS/xHtml compliant code. The delivery time is 48 hrs and my revision policy is very flexible.
Please advise if possible.
Thank you,
Henry

Nice design thanks unique.
Can you make the following changes please:
Change the top right to say "Call us on 01823 337 471"
The site is aimed at 2 main types of people - normal individuals who have debt problems and also companies. Ideally the home page should have an image or images that show both. The on the individual page - it would have a photo aimed at individuals (families etc) and on the companies page a more corporate photo).
Hopefully that makes sense.
Overall though a nice design - I especially like the way you have done the navigation menu and the faded logo.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Henry. Thanks for the revision. I really like how you have included the 2 different images in the header. I also really like the navigation menu..
But unfortunately the client has some reservations about this design as follows:
It is rather complicated in design and over elaborate with its colours. I want a simpler, more user-friendly look.
A lot of space is devoted to the header and the menu, which is OK on the Home Page, but what will the run on pages look like? ( I have similar concerns with the other designs and would like to see a run on for these designs too)
---
I am not sure if this is a show stopper with this design. It is a shame as I personally like it alot. I will leave it to you decide how you would like to proceed.
Thanks
Paul

Thanks for your feedback Paul. I appreciate your feedback very much.
This is a recurrent problem in client´s perception of the web. As i see, your client has a very low experience with internet. That´s quite 90% of the global market, and i can guess that your client is middle aged? He wants something more traditional.
I was trying to deliver a strong and corporate image, that was impossible to make any confusion with anyone elses business. "Oh, this is the Debt Solutions Southwest website". Period. This is the only thing i was trying to deliver, since Debt Solution websites are quite a fever...
So, let´s try another approach. Softly, but still elegant and simple. I think i´m beginning to understand what your client wants. I will continue my effort to reach the mark!
Thank you again,
Henry

Hello Paul, here´s my second idea. It´s not a completely different concept as you see. I just respected your client´s approach and i think i got into something really interesting. (I hope so!)
Important thing: the links are text and CSS based hovers, so it´s crawlable by search engines. Otherwise the SEO will run into trouble.
Please advise.
Thank you,
Henry.

Hi Henry - I personally like this alot. Unfortunately the client is not so keen and feels it is too flashy! I really appreciate the work you have put into this design.
