    If you'll extend the contest, I'm in. design + css + I'll make sure you like it and it's working.
    I'm sure you have an ftp account or something like that from your hosting provider so we can play with html/php files. But please don't expose your passwords to the whole world, it's not safe...

    CH, still would love to work on this site, but need to know that information as it's somewhat vital. Can't plan the design without knowing how to alter anything. If you found out from your host, could you please let us know? My problem is I cannot plan a design for you in a day, and I really would love to do something. If you find out the info, could you extend the contest and then let us know what you found out about editing the files? Thank you!

    Please clarify:
    "you must be able to submit a CSS File with the design"

    It is installed on Host Gator. I'm not sure if/how there is a way to edit html and php files. I'll check with Host Gator and the sw developers

    Is this system installed on your own server? I was just wondering if there was a way to edit the html in the php file as well as the css files, and also if there was a place to put new imagery.
