No need to continue this discussion. 99 will be contacting you per our request. If you don't know the rules then there is no harm, but to try and continue pressing your case - you don't have one - simple as that. If you bought a template somewhere else than ITS NOT YOUR WORK. It may be yours to re-sell, but that is different and not in question here. Good luck!

You're in the right spot--> # Make sure it's yours!

Make sure the work you are submitting is your own and that you are legally entitled to post it. If you are using any stock images in your design, make sure that you inform the contest holder that they will need to purchase licenses.

You've got the latter part covered, but the first part is key ... "Make sure the work you are submitting is your own"... You've already said its boxedart's, and not your own design... That is exactly what is meant.

well, i have searched the site up and down to verify what you have said, and obviously i cannot find any rules about what you have said. I have found these links:

if this is true, can someone please show me where it is written on this site. I obviously do not want to be banned, but if it isnt a rule, then it is fine. if there is a rule that i have missed, you guys should really add a search feature somewhere, because i wanted to make sure before i posted the design and couldnt find one.

You're not allowed to enter obvious template designs. Otherwise what's the point of having a contest? Take a look at the layered psd file boxedart provides and figure out how to accomplish the effects they've done. Lynda.com is a good resource to learn.

When 99 discovers you've submitted a templated design they will issue a ban, as its not allowed here.

I'd withdraw it before they notice.
