This doesn't feel "effortless" at all. Sorry. I can see you're very creative but the whole concept just doesn't fit what we're looking for. Thank you for trying. I like Entry 1 better.

Regarding design #20
I like the symbolism a lot, but the text is hard to read and should be clearer. The HR should stand out better as well. Otherwise, this could work. Colors are ok. Thank you.
