And obviously you can use a house shape, i understand the houses like mine are very popular for logos for house sales/estate agents etc, i was clearly stating that the layout of his text was ripped from mine, so it seems, maybe he didn't copy me, and it is just a coincidence, but okay, i don't want to cause arguments so just leave it at that, it is unfair for the contest holder. He doesn't have to withdraw, just drop it. The CH can decide what he/she likes. Thanks.

Well whatever then, It is up to me to decide that, and i didn't want to cause arguments on here, i kindly asked him to withdraw as the layout is nearly the same as me, apart frm the posisitiong of the house, but sure, it's not anywhere near the same ~sarcasm~

@Patron - I think it is right, look at his first 2 designs, then at his fourth one, i submitted mine after his first 3, but before his fourth, as soon as i submit, he suddenly changes his design exactly like mine? Come on, the text is the same placement, and the same sizing (ie, small on top and underneath) and the roof is on top of the same letters. A little different but still. Yeah, i do understand what you mean, but in THIS contest, i submitted mine like that, and his is very similiar, just a slight change, sure i may have not been the first one to do it like that, but in this contest i very much am i believe, i have had a look through the other entries and none others that i can see similiar.
