Regarding design #3
This is a great start!
1. Could you make some treatments to the logo to "squish it" more. I'd like it to take up less space horizontally. Can you also use contrasting colors on the two words. Latitude one color, Online another
2. Although I really like the bubbles in the background, I'm thinking they'll add some unneeded weight to my page and might be tough to deal with in certain content areas. Could you remove those in the lower silver area to see what it looks like? I might decide I like it better with the bubbles in the background.
3. I'm not too sure about that horizontal line/arrow under the photos and the tagline. Could you revise that to make it fit the theme a little better. Don't be afraid to go simple with 1 pixel lines or something like that. Let me know if you need a clarification this item.
If the logo looked better, this design would be a contender for sure! I look forward to seeing what you can do with a revision.

Good job.
Concentrate on the logo. Others have submitted some nicer looking logos - I know you can do better. Take the work "online" and make it smaller. Change up the font slightly to look more stylish.
I'm not sure I like the pinstripes in the header. Can you make a version without those.
BTW - I like the design better without those bubbles in the content area background. You can keep those out.

Could you also replace the picture of the girl on the left with a man, age 25-35, dressed up with a tie (but no suit), looking "businessy"? I really like the picture of the girl on the right, but the other one doesn't seem to match with my desired look.

I'm not too keen on this one. I'd work on improving your other design or try something new but similar to your first one. There is definitely competition in the contest. "skippytim" and "lucy mango" have 2 very nice designs. Go for more web2.0 and that might give you an edge.
