Great job! I really like the new menu. It's going to be a tough decision. I don't think there's anymore we can do with this one - it's very good - you obviously have an eye for design!

Here's my content page submission
On a last note, I provide with an organized PSD file (the layers are grouped and named accordingly), all fonts I use because I purchase extended liscences, Icons (i only use icons with author permission to share) and Purchased stock photos with Extended Liscences (meaning the istockphoto thing is removed)

Yes, a lot of changes - good ones too!
The menu doesn't seem to fit in it's current state. It's a little small or something like that. I like the positioning, but that might be because I don't know what you'd put in it's place if you put the menu atop the content area. Can you try it and we'll see how it turns out?
Also, can you mix in another color on one of those boxes on the right. I really like the boxes, but there seems to be a lot of blue going on now. If one of those boxes was a new color, I'm sure the abundance of blue would be balanced out.
Lastly, I think the logo was bigger in the last version and I liked that. I like this new version better, but the logo could be bigger. And the different sized text in the two words was nice.

A lot of noticable changes. I don't think anything is in it's original position :P
Could you tell me what you think of the menu? Do you prefer it like that, or maybe on the bar atop the content...or would you rather see something different than those? Also, do you like the new boxes in the right hand column or would you prefer something more tall?

Very nice work - thank you! This was definitely the front runner, but you've got some competition now from "lucy mango". Take a look at your design and make any changes you'd like to beef it up. I think it's great just the way it is. I'm not sure there anymore we can do here. Well done. I'll have a tough decision in the end.

Cool. Sure, that's not a problem. I'll try a few different things and see what comes out the best. He does look a little suspicious with his "marker" lol. Anyways, sure. I'll get right on that. Web 2.0 is kind of my specialty.
