Hey there, tahrens! Glad to see the logo's working out alright for you.
Here are my ideas for the stationary. I have included 3 ideas for the letterheads, one with a header bar, one with a footer bar, and one without either. Also included is a business card design with an example of primary white and primary burgundy each shown. The business card design is one of six I came up with, I will submit an image showing all six designs after I submit this. The envelope design is pretty basic, but I imagine that's what you were looking for.

Here are the six different business card designs. It's mainly a difference between placement and layout of the contact information, but cards 3 and 6 also have an enlarged logo. The other differences are noticeable, but pretty small.
All have been created in 300dpi, though, so you could always use more than one if you wanted variety I imagine.

Hi Rock, love the LOGO...I'll break down the letterhead package for you.....
ENvelope: Looks fine
LETTERHEAD: Could you show me some designs with the Logo centered up top, with the contact information either stacked directly below it, or split with half the contact info on the left, and half on the right?
Business Cards: I think the design that will win this is going to be fairly plain, with the logo on the left side, and the contact information stacked on the right side of the card...
I'll be looking for any revisions you are able to make! take care...

Here are a few quick alterations.
For the letterheads, I centered the logo at the top, splitting the contact info like you requested. One shows the company name duplicated for the address and the web address under the phone/fax, while the other one shows only the address and also has the web address moved to the bottom of the page. I only did the white versions for interest in time, but I can always duplicate these changes for all versions.
For the business cards I did the same thing. Moved the contact info to the right in the first version, and then all of the contact info to the right with exception of your name/position.

Also, note that ALL of these are in 300dpi, but were resized to be submitted here. If the font appears blurry and/or hard to read, it's simply due to resizing. I can assure you that the originals are 100% clear! I'm sure you knew that, though ;)

Yep, all of the designs are laid out such that color changes and word changes are a matter of highlight-and-alter. Also, like always, unlimited changes on my part until you are satisfied!
