Yachttrails.com logo contest
We are looking for a new angle for our logo. We are designing a MASSIVE website and we are looking for something to scream new, fresh, and nautical. The only stipulation is that you must use the full name, yachttrails.com in/as the logo.
One suggestion: We would like to see a simple design where the separate words are represented as the shape they are defined as (example the word yacht to look like a yacht and the word trails.com to look like water).
Second suggestion: We would like to see a simple text based logo with a nautical theme
Third: Surprise us, we are open to many designs. Dazzle us and we may choose your design
We are also looking for this logo to have a small icon/symbol incorporated into (beside/on top/around//anywhere really) the logo to sum the whole logo in a memorable icon/symbol/website icon.

The winner of this logo contest will not only get USD $125.00, but will also get a 2 months media exposure beginning on our launch date (yet to be determined, around late 2007) as the winner of our logo design contest. You will have the ability to include any contact details during this period on yachttrails.com (essentially two moths free media exposure for logo design referral opportunities, contact details will be listed on separate page with link on yachttrails.com index page).
CONDITIONS: Please read
Must be willing to provide proof of;
1) If design contained imagery of any clipart, stock photography or stock artwork and, what the license terms are, and whether they are royalty free for commercial use.2) Legal ownership of created design (in written form we will provide the contract)
Selected winner must be willing to provide;
1) Signature , full name, address, and phone number on work for hire, Project Copyright Transfer Contract.
Winner agrees to payment in full of USD $125.00 in exchange for all files and rights associated with the logo. Payment will be transferred via paypal after receipt of signed and 100% completed contracts (legal ownership contract and project copyright transfer contract).
