Pasqal has won the competition with the best logo. Congratulations Pasqal for a job well done!!!

I want to also recognize 3 designers who were very creative and close to winning. There were others who were very good but these three stand out.

Thanks everyone who participated for a great contest, I'm sorry that not all the great designs could win.

Here is my main advice I am giving so you don't have to look through other people's coments:

1)Any graphics in the logo should be incorporated into the text. For example, don't just spell out crostel and then put a picture on top.

2)No high detail graphics (i.e. dont put a phone in the logo and then detail the screen and 9 buttons). I want the logo to remain glossy web 2.0. Should look simple even if it was very complicated to create.

    3) Also, make sure your entry tells the user something about the site or at least gives a small hint at the functionality.

    some example functionality:
    mobile
    text messaging
    ringtones
    chat
    social networking/connecting friends

It is not necessary to submit a version close to the original anymore. I decided to leave the old look behind completely.

I am seeing some very good results from people! If you have a 4star or above you are in the running.

to raise your chances of winning, please try to submit 2 entries. One that is completely original, and also a version close to the original (see it here http://www.crostel.com)

This way, if I like your style but decide to stick with a look closer to what I have now, I can pick you as the winner.
