Hi, I really like the 3 smaller banener you have since it focuses on the spy, safety, and security products as a whole.

maybe try a banner that focuses on the 3S, so that when the user views the banner, he or she will know that the 3 S's in 3S Store are for: Safety, Security, and Spy.

Interesting choice of icons (magnifying glass, lock, exclamation point) but I think it is very confusing to the viewer what these 3 icons refer to. It is not immediately apparent what the theme is of these banners.

that is better. Try making it more obvious or try to portray somehow that the 3s's are for spy, security, and safety, maybe highlight the S in another entry or something like that.
