    I'm starting to really dislike crowd sourcing. We are being taken for a ride half the time buy contest holders who barely communicate and or don't know how. We put in the hours and the compensation is nil. Yes!!!! great for the ch and owner of 99 designs; but, most of the time we the designers are left out in the cold. And I am freezing.
