Really nice first effort.
The only thing I don't like is the image in the bottom right. At the moment, the bottom half is divided 50 - 50. Try making the text size one point larger and increase the space this takes up so it is about 2/3 the overall width. The testimonial section will then be 1/3 the width. Adjust the content accordingly and use a different image or design element.

Another clean-cut, eye-catching and Web 2.0 standardized design. It is user friendly, easy to code and maintain. Picture in the header can be randomly changed from time to time when the page is realoaded, as you can see in those three entries. Also You can see overlay effect in main navigation. Feedback please.
