Thanks so much for submitting your design! I love the dual-purpose cut-outs and appreciate your thoughtfulness in making the package more than just a box.
However, I did find #21 too busy - we prefer to keep the design more clean, modern and less "cutsy".
Could you try a design using animal silhouettes - such as a bear, monkey, elephant, seal, giraffe, lion, etc. The buyer could still cut out the silhouette as paper animals.
thanks,

Hi there,I really like the colors and animal designs but think that the peep holes may be too complicated.
Could you simplify/modernize the front more.... we'd like to only use 3 colors - light turquoise blue, bright red and white.
thanks!

Hi Nick,I really like your modern take on this as well! LOVE the fun seal but am not sure if it fits the carousel theme.
While I really like pillow boxes, the big concern I have it that it may crush while shipping and it doesn't have a way to support itself as part of a display.
Thanks and I look forward to viewing your next version!

Hi Bad,
Thanks for submitting your entry again! I like the modern, fresh look you present but a few comments -1 - the horses don't look large enough to be used as a proper window to view our socks
2 - the design is pretty but is somehow missing a "buy ME!" essence that pushes the buyer to want to bring it home...I'd really like to make the package a "dual-use" - something more than just a box but can transform itself into a game/toy.
thanks again and I look forward to connecting again!

Also, X's show the die-cut windows in the circles.

Hi LizG - Thanks so much for your submission! I like the playful theme of the box but was looking for more of a carousel theme on the exterior part of the package whereas the animal socks would be part of the "carousel animals" with peekaboo windows. I like the red and white tent on top idea. Our company colors are a light turquoise blue with red and white detailing and would like to incorporate those colors into our design. Finally, we're looking for a clean, modern take on the carousel concept if possible.
Thanks again and please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Rawasia and GraphXsuite,
Thanks for your messages.... The dimensions of a rectangular/triangular box could be 9" in length; 2.25" in depth... the height for a rectangular box would be ~4.75 - 5".
To get an flavor of our company, please go to: www.zooniwear.com - you can check out some of our current products. Our socks are brand new so you won't be able to view them there.
I'm also providing links of some boxes that I liked for various reasons:
For the die-cuts of the closure flaps, as well as the modern, clean lines - http://www.thedieline.com/blog/2009/01/zuny.html
For an example of a triangular box design and for a creative way to make a box design a toy, click and scroll down to the show box and baby soap bottle here: http://www.thedieline.com/blog/toys/
At this point, I would be more interested in a modern carousel theme where the character socks would be the "carousel animals" and would have 3 die-cut windows to show each of the sock's design.
Please let me know if you have any further questions/comments! Thanks for your entries!
