Im not a fan of the start usage. Someone else used this and it really didnt do it for us. Great creativity on the symbol though. Please keep working with it though. you've got some great designs.

Regarding design #19
I do like it. We worked with something kind of similar a little while ago. I really need more of a symbol though. Some symbol that can be associated with influx and can work into the logo. thanks for the work though. can wait to see what you have next.
