  1. Your say that your desired file formats are jpg and psd. However, I read the complete brief, and it says that you may need to use the image on larg surfaces. For this I may recommend a .svg file format. This will allow you to scale the image to any desireable size.

    Could you clarifty a little more the type of logo you want. Do you want something more on the symbol based with clean type side or something more edgy with a street culture edge because right now these entries are all over the map...I'm not quite sure what kind of style I should focus on. Thanks.

  11. We are looking for something more edgy than MattDaveydesign. That is a good logo but it is a little too mainstream for us. While I am not a big fan of graffiti style fonts. In my opinion, a lot of the entries just look too cheesy. The snowboarder logos and skateboarder logos. While we are marketing to that crowd, we are not a skate company. I really like what RichieHeaven just submitted. We are looking for a symbol to go along with the name influx. While a lot of the entries and different variations of the word influx are very cool, they wouldnt work for our symbol. We might end up buying some of those for t-shirts designs and for other places that they could be used.
    Take a look at RichieHeavens style. He has a clean symbol to go along with "INFLUX" which is in a simple, easily distinguished font.
    No offense, but examples of ones that are really too cheesy and not powerful enough would be dewdropcreations, popcorn, ocbsb. Those bubbly or graffiti fonts are not assertive enough for us. I would say tat RichieHeaven is the best one we've seen so far. Among the others that I really like for apparel are illumina, i8van, and speedzilla. They are different and unique designs. Good stuff.

  16. I used the font that you use in my last design (uptown) and i am nto sure how my arrows are cheesy. Could have and would have had many more designs if i had received feedback earlier. If you intend this contest to go till the deadline then you might want to consider giving each entry feedback or your contest will be automatically suspended

  26. The contest wasn't changed totally --- as you can see the price for the logo is STILL $155. But we decided to add on (if you are interested) business cards and site template for extra cash plus a bonus. The original is still in tact, just wanted to offer up extra cash for anyone who was interested in designing site template to go with everything! Hope that clarifies everything up!
