    #5 & 8 - I'm looking for smoother, more fluid transitions overall. Not big on the scrolling transitions. Would prefer fades or something smoother.

    #3 - I'd like various stock images to transition in and out (maybe a fade?) as well as the text. Also, the text transitions should be smoother - See the example website (http://www.ewingrealestate.com.au/).
