I have been teaching yoga for a couple of years and now want to get my business out there! My yoga philosophy is to bring stillness, physical &mental health, inner peace and lasting happiness through offering yoga as a strategy to copy with the busy world we live in.
The typical student is 41, educated and female. Although I don't want the design to be too feminine. Bascially I want people to grow and blossom with yoga. People come to yoga for the physical and stay for the spiritual.
