Regarding design #2
Like the fresh, cool look. If the pattern in the tilted cube was a simple optical illusion, or ice cube or something, it would have a better chance. Neat pattern, but if there's going to be an image with the logo, I think it needs to be related to either an eye, something cool, or a basic optical illusion.
