Brief Summary

this is an edgy logo that has the words pocket square in it.
it could possibly emphasize the P and the S (PS) or have those letters larger. this is a logo that will be made into a STAMP that will be stamped on the inside of the product. so the logo's real size will be a 3 to 5 inch area.

It's ok, admit it. It wasn't your idea.

I still think you stole the idea of using a P from #1 or #5

out of what has survived there are 18 different concepts. Clearly these designers were able to use a pocket, a square,a P or an S without copying each others ideas.

If you are arguing that it was and is impossible for you to come up with your own ideas, direction, and/or concept.. I am fully agreeing with you.

Where we differ is you seem to think that since it is impossible for you to create your own ideas, your own concept that it is acceptable, even defensible that because of your lack of talent, that you MUST copy other people, change the font, change the color, etc.. that that in your mind is actually how its supposed to work.

Im telling you it isnt. Waiting 4 days, observing 120 other design submissions, picking one you like and barely modifying it is a sure fire ethical breach and you should be willing to pay the real creative talent for their efforts.

Its not like you would walk away with nothing, i firmly believe you deserve 25% of what you stole since you did modify it a bit. Otherwise come up with something on your own. Several other designers were able to do this without complication.

    Thank You,

    SR

Both #1 and #5 use a P in their design. Looks like SR Promotions stole their idea.

So I guess using a pocket, a square, a P or an S was off limits after the first person to submit them.
